This lentil medley is all natural and can be served right from the jar. Heat and serve for a deliciously healthy meal or serve chilled as a side dish or tasty topping.

Little brown "Puy" Pardina lentils are the finest of the three main varieties grown in Spain. Pardina lentils are special because they retain their shape in cooking and have a distinct nutty flavor and tender texture. The other varieties of lentils, like big green Castellanas and medium brown ones, are often bland, do not retain their shape and cook almost to a purée.

Our lentils are made by El Navarrico, a small family company celebrated for their quality vegetables grown locally in the fertile Ebro river valley near the famous wine region of La Rioja.
