Return Guidelines:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos to support@tienda.com. Your photos help us improve our packaging and shipping process. After reviewing your issue, we'll either issue a refund to your original form of payment or send a replacement.
• Ordered the Wrong Item? If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it at your own expense. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
• Gift Returns: Gift recipients will receive refunds in the form of an eGift card.
