Responsible Packaging
At La Tienda, we care deeply about the people, places and traditions behind the foods we share, and that includes reducing our impact on the environment. We work hard to fulfill every order in the most responsible way we can.

Packing Materials
We use recyclable bubble wrap and cardboard cushioning to ensure your products arrive in great condition. We do not use styrofoam peanuts. All of our cardboard boxes are curbside recyclable.

Recyclable Perishable Packaging
For most perishable orders, we use insulation made from recyclable paper and 100% recycled plastic bottles. After unpacking your Spanish foods, you can add this material to your curbside recycling bin.

Commitment to Recycling 
At our warehouse in Virginia, we recycle literally tons of cardboard and paper each year and are recognized as a regional leader in recycling. We’re always looking for better ways to package responsibly and welcome your suggestions.
