Sal de Menorca is exceptionally pure, hand-collected from traditional salt flats where seawater is meticulously filtered to remove any microplastics.

Within the Salinas de Concepción nature preserve, Sal de Menorca restored historic salt flats using stone and local red clay, avoiding plastic or cement entirely. Their passion is purity and quality. After months of evaporation beneath the intense Mediterranean sun, the crystallized salt is patiently gathered by hand.

We discovered this artisan sea salt during a visit to Menorca. We were delighted by its beautiful presentation and quality. We couldn’t wait to share this discovery with you.

Beginning with advanced filtration to eliminate microplastics, pristine seawater is directed into the salt beds. As it gradually evaporates, the salt concentrates until it naturally forms crystals, which are then harvested manually.

Sal de Menorca sea salt contains beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium, which enhance both its character and delicate flavor.
