Trias cookies are made in a bakery north of Barcelona. It was founded in 1908 by Juaquim Trias and the family company is famed throughout Spain for making Catalunya's signature cookies.

Ingredients

Dark chocolate (72%): cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter. Biscuit (28%): wheat flour, sugar, cream, pasteurized egg yolk, egg white, salt and natural lemon flavoring.

Contains no preservatives or coloring.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container and consume within 7 days.
