La Tienda's Traditional Paella Kit includes:

• Calasparra Paella Rice (2.2 lbs) - the venerable strain grown in the mountains of Murcia, essential for great paella
• Hand picked La Mancha Saffron (1 gr)
• The celebrated pimentón de La Vera smoked paprika (2.5 oz) which adds depth to your broth
• A 17 oz bottle of Señorío de Vizcántar extra virgin olive oil

All of the ingredients are placed within the premium quality traditional 15-inch paella pan made of steel with riveted handles. Like all carbon steel pans, it will change color with use and should be cleaned by hand and coated with oil to prevent rust.
