Jijona turrón is named after the town where it was invented. Near the seaside town of Alicante, Jijona has been the epicenter of Spanish Christmas candy for centuries. With origins dating back to the time of the Moors, this candy is now (somewhat ironically) most often served at Christmas celebrations. We love it so much that we offer it all year!
