17 Inch Enameled Steel Paella Pan - Serves 8

This large paella pan from Valencia has a durable black enamel coating for easy cleaning. The large surface of a classic paella pan heats evenly across the bottom, which is essential for a great paella. This enameled pan will never rust and is much easier to clean than a traditional steel pan.

A large 17 inch pan can feed up to 8 people. We often use it for smaller crowds so that we have leftovers! This pan can be used on the stove or on the grill, but is too large for most ovens.

‘Paella’ originally referred to this shape of pan, and eventually the famous Valencian rice dish adopted the name. To make a paella correctly, it is important to use this style of pan.
