Description
Jamón Serrano is Spain's favorite ham. A plate of freshly sliced Serrano ham is a classic tapa served with wine, and is an ingredient in countless Spanish recipes. This Grand Reserva boneless Serrano is convenient for slicing and easy to store for later use.
Costa Brava is a family company from the beautiful mountain town of Girona. This aged jamón is nitrate-free and aged for over a year and a half. It has a deep flavor and firm yet tender bite. Made from heritage Duroc pork, this ham is beautifully marbled. It is also all natural, made with just ham and sea salt.
You can slice your boneless Serrano ham by hand or in an electric slicer - we recommend you place it in the freezer for 20 minutes before slicing for best results. You can also divide your ham into pieces to share with friends or store for future use. Remember to always keep your boneless ham in the refrigerator.
Animal welfare is important to our family. Costa Brava hams are made from humanely raised pork, certified by Bienestar Animal Welfare Spain.
For storage and slicing instructions for whole hams, see this page.
