Casas de Hualdo is an estate outside the magnificent city of Toledo. In the Río Tajo valley the winters are cold and the summers are hot and dry, the ideal environment for olive trees to thrive. The latest technology is used to monitor the health of the trees, the ground moisture and climate to allow precise adjustments to keep the trees healthy and producing the finest quality of extra virgin olive oil.

Casas de Hualdo has their own mill, so the olives are cold-pressed within hours of harvest, then the olive oil is stored at cool temperatures. Olives are essentially a fresh fruit, so if the harvested olives are left in the heat or not pressed quickly, the juice of this fruit will lose quality.
