Ibérico ham is the most prized in the world, and with good reason. Our sliced Jamón Ibérico is made from pasture raised Ibérico pork aged for two years in the mountains of Spain. Serve on a warm plate with good bread and your favorite fine wine.

We also include sliced acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota Lomo pork loin. Made from pasture raised Ibérico pigs, these tender slices have a nutty, rich flavor with a smoky finish. 

Finally, we have an Ibérico longaniza chorizo sausage seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika, for a savory meat that is perfect with a glass of dry red wine.

These white crystals are amino acids that naturally form during the aging process. They're perfectly safe to eat.

Is white mold on whole cured sausage harmful?

No, harmless white mold may appear on the exterior. It can be wiped off with a cloth and a bit of olive oil.

We ship refrigerated items in a recyclable cooler or insulated package with frozen ice packs to arrive in top condition.
