This classic Spanish breakfast might be one of the most satisfying ways to begin your morning. It highlights simple, fresh flavors and is both light and nourishing. You’ll see it served everywhere in Spain, from cafés to tapas bars and hotels.
Steps
Make the coffee as you would normally.
Add the milk into a sauce pan and heat with a medium heat.
Cut the oranges in half and juice the oranges.
Cut the baguette into 5 inch pieces and then in half lengthwise, add to the toaster and lightly toast.
Finely grate the tomatoes into a bowl, add in 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt, mix together.
Once the slices of baguette are toasted, rub them all over with a clove of garlic, then top off with the grated tomato and drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil.
Once the coffee is done transfer into coffee mugs, top off with the hot milk, serve at once, enjoy!
