For years we have searched for an authentic olive oil cracker for serving tapas or scooping our favorite soft cheese. Our requirements: a truly artisan cracker that is crunchy and flavorful, perfect for serving the tastiest tapas. And finally we found it!

These crunchy crackers are formed by hand individually, full of indentations and undulations. They are just the right size to hold a slice of chorizo or an anchovy fillet. And the magical recipe of extra virgin olive oil and wheat flour keeps them crunchy, even when they are supporting the creamiest of canapes or montaditos.

Our friends produce these traditional crackers, sometimes called 'regañas,' by hand in Valencia. At the same time the facilities are spotless and modern, and each batch is sealed for freshness.
