Serrano ham croquetas are a classic tapa in Spain. With a crisp breadcrumb exterior and creamy inside, croquetas are one of Spain’s favorite comfort foods. Diced Jamón Serrano from Spain adds amazing flavor.

Jamón croquetas were unavailable in the US because of strict import regulations. So a group of friends from Spain got together and decided to prepare their beloved croquetas at a USDA inspected kitchen in Miami using imported Serrano ham. Following a traditional recipe, their croquetas are as good as any we have tried in Spain.

Your croquetas will arrive frozen. Heat up some vegetable oil, fry for 3 1/2 minutes and you will be enjoying piping hot croquetas de jamón in no time.
