Experience the taste of authentic seafood paella in just minutes. Each batch is freshly made by a Spanish-trained chef using traditional Spanish paella rice, saffron and fresh seafood. Simply heat in a non-stick pan until it forms a crispy socarrat and serve with lemons and alioli. The result is so delicious, you might just pass it off as your own – we won’t tell!
After trying many frozen paellas over the years, we found none that matched the real thing - until now. Easy Paella is crafted by Adan and Yasmin Ventura who run a Dallas paella catering company, known for serving families and businesses. They spent months perfecting their recipe to ensure the short-grained paella rice remains firm and the seafood stays fresh and tender. They’ve done all the hard work so you can enjoy a delicious paella at home.
Easy preparation: your paella arrives frozen and sealed in a plastic bag. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a non-stick pan, spread the fish and shellfish evenly over the rice, and cook on medium for about ten minutes until the rice begins to sizzle and crackle. Keep an eye on it until the bottom browns to a crispy crust, known as the socarrat.
Winner: Best Paella in the World at the International Paella contest in Valencia.
Portion Size: two moderate portions or one generous portion for big eaters.
