Description
Description
Juicy, smoky and delicious, these tasty little chorizos are great as a bite sized tapa. They also add bold flavor to paella. Made from pasture-raised heritage pork, these little chorizos are made in small batches using smoked paprika and garlic and smoked over pecan wood. About 30 links per package.
These mini chorizo links are seasoned with Spanish Pimentón de La Vera, the intensely smoky paprika that is the signature taste of chorizo. Since cooking chorizo is not available from Spain, we work with an award-winning sausage maker in Atlanta to create these authentic chorizos following a classic recipe.
Arrives frozen, cook within one week of thawing.
