Duo of Octopus (Pulpo) by Conservas de Cambados

Deliciously firm yet tender, this exceptional octopus is hand prepared in Galicia. This duo includes sliced octopus in olive oil, plus sliced octopus in a tangy, smoky Galician paprika sauce. Serve warm with bread and a glass of Albariño white wine.

Fresh octopus is prepared by hand in the small factory at Conservas de Cambados. The sliced tentacles are cooked to perfection, then packed by hand in each tin.

The oceans of Northwest Spain are cool and rich in nutrients, making them an exceptional fishing ground. Conservas de Cambados is positioned right next to one of Spain’s largest Rías (estuaries), known as the 'Ría de Arousa.' Because they are right where the seafood is harvested, they have access to the freshest seafood available.

What is the best way to store this product once the tin is opened?
