Freshly harvested mussels are carefully sautéed in the mildly spicy sauce at low temperature to preserve the delicate, meaty mussels. They are a delicious treat, served with toast or crackers and a refreshing wine.

The mejillones (mussels) from Conservas La Narval are harvested from the cool waters of the Ría de Arousa in Galicia. Prepared hours after harvest and carefully packed by hand, the mussels are a beloved delicacy in Spain.
