This smooth tapenade is a tasty blend of green olives, artichoke hearts and olive oil. Spread on bread or crackers with a slice of cheese or jamón. Or serve as a dip with picos or crackers or as a flavorful sauce on pasta or roasted vegetables.

Manzanilla olives are a mild green olive enjoyed throughout Spain. Artichoke hearts and olive oil add a creaminess and complexity of flavor.

Torremar is a fourth-generation olive company from Torrevieja, near the coastal city of Alicante.
