These gourmet Gordal olives are handcrafted exclusively for La Tienda. Each jalapeño is carefully sliced, folded and stuffed into the olives by artisans at Losada. A family-owned company in the beautiful town of Carmona, Losada has been making exquisite gourmet products for over 50 years. Carmona is located on a ridge peering down from Andalucía. The quaint town is known for trading wine, olive oil, grain and cattle.
These olives are in a salt, water and vinegar marinade. We recommend serving them chilled.
