Our delicious Spanish Bloody Mary is made with bone-dry sherry and smoky Pimentón de La Vera paprika. The dry sherry and the smoked paprika add a savory, almost umami taste which raises it far above an average bloody. It’s a perfect drink for a Spanish brunch or tapas party.
Steps
Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a small pitcher or other suitable container. Stir and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, stir well and pour into 2 glasses. Add another small pinch of hot smoked paprika or piment d’espelette pepper on the top and garnish with lemon wedges and banderillas - spicy pickle skewers or your choice of one of our other cocktail garnishes. ¡Salud!

A nice upgrade from a regular bloody Mary and just as easy to make.
