Enjoy a delicious plate of patatas bravas anytime! Patatas bravas are a beloved Spanish tapa, popular across the country. Crispy hot potatoes are covered in a mildly spicy sauce made with tomatoes, piquillo peppers and a touch of cayenne, a match made in heaven. 

Preparing the patatas bravas is easy, just heat the potatoes in the air fryer, microwave or deep fryer until just slightly browned, warm up the sauce and drizzle over the potatoes. If you like, you can add some dollops of alioli for added flavor.

The potatoes and brava sauce are prepared by our partners in La Rioja, using fresh local ingredients. Spanish potatoes make all the difference, with a firm bite and creamy interior. The spicy tomato sauce is excellent, enhanced with fire roasted piquillo peppers, smoky Pimentón de La Vera paprika, fresh garlic, cayenne and wine vinegar.
