Texas Iberico® Baby Back Ribs are incredibly flavorful, perfect when slow cooked on the grill or smoker. A wild natural diet contributes to remarkable flavor and tenderness, ensuring the ribs cook to juicy, fall-off-the-bone perfection. 

Raised in the Texas Hill Country, the 100% Iberico pigs roam freely, feasting on native foods like mesquite beans, acorns and prickly pear. These pigs are ranch-raised for over 18 months—three times longer than commercial pigs—resulting in pork with an unmatched depth of flavor. The result is a deliciously rich, tender, and flavorful pork.

All the Texas Iberico® pigs live outside their entire lives on one ranch, wandering the pasture together with over an acre of rangeland per animal. Texas Iberico® pork is certified Prop 12 compliant, which means the animals are raised with care, meeting or exceeding the animal welfare standards set by California Proposition 12.

You will receive this pork frozen, delivered on dry ice. Thaw before cooking. The USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of meat (including pork) to 145°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat.
