Yum!!! When you open the bread right out of the oven, it's so moist. Drizzle on some rich olive oil and add the delicious Manchego cheese and Serrano ham and you have this meal that isn't a sandwich, it's a whole Spanish experience! The poor American ham and cheese sandwich pales in comparison. The Bocadillo is bursting with flavor sensations in each bite.

Best kit ever! We received 4 loaves of delicious Galecian bread (oh my!- we gave a few away), 1/4 round of cheese, and a pack of jamon. The bread was so easy to bake- 15 min on 375. Cut the break when it comes out, pour on some olive oil, a few slices of the jamon, and a few slivers of the cheese= heaven. This will nto be the last time we order this kit. These sandwiches were so amazing.
