Jamón Ibérico is Spain's iconic ham, made from special Ibérico breed pork. Aged for two years in the mountains, Peregrino pasture-raised Ibérico ham has a rich flavor and mild saltiness. 

Palacios Ibérico chorizo is all natural, seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika. These thin slices are ready to serve, with a rich smoky flavor.
