Arbequina olives produce a delicate, aromatic olive oil with notes of fresh herbs, tomato and artichoke. Full flavored but mild and approachable, Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is one of Spain’s most popular. Dress your favorite salads or fresh vegetables with this delicious oil, or use for dipping with freshly baked bread.

Chef José Andrés sought out the finest example of Arbequina extra virgin olive oil and decided to partner with Casas de Hualdo in Toledo for his private brand. Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the tiny nut-brown olives are pressed within hours of harvesting to preserve the flavor and healthy properties of the oil.
