Grill the ultimate sliders made with the world’s finest pork - Ibérico from Spain. We work with a local artisan sausage maker to grind imported acorn-fed Ibérico pork and make patties ready for the grill or cast-iron skillet. Each bite is full of rich flavor and a juiciness you won’t believe.

Ibérico de Bellota pork is only found in Spain, where the indigenous Ibérico pigs wander the countryside, grazing on grass and herbs, and feasting on sweet acorns. The resulting pork is so much better than normal pork that it is hard to compare. It has a deeper color and acorn-flavored fat that lends an unrivaled juiciness.

These sliders are seasoned with just sea salt and pepper to let the Ibérico flavor shine through. Each slider is made with 80% Ibérico de Bellota pork and 20% lean cuts of humanely-raised pork from the US to get the right balance of fat to lean.

We recommend grilling the pork until it is cooked on the outside but pink in the middle.* Because Ibérico pork is so juicy, do not cook over direct flame as that may cause flaring. We prepare the grill with charcoal to one side, grilling the sliders on indirect heat.

Your Ibérico pork sliders will be shipped frozen on dry ice. Store in the freezer for up to a month or in the refrigerator for up to three days.

*Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The USDA recommends cooking all ground meat (including pork) to 160° F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat.

    "I never expected them to be that delicious, but I didn't order enough !!! Now you have to tell the bakers to make you some buns like the monas and that will be the perfect slider !!!"

    "These are worth every single cent. The best pork slider I have EVER had. I ended up not putting any condiments on, because the flavor is so outstanding. They are just salty enough (not overly salty), and so succulent you really won't miss any add-ons. Slap a little bun around these guys and call it dinner. Or dinner and then lunch the next day, like I did. They are so rich and flavorful, we all just ate one slider. Can you imagine that? I'm a convert! "
